At Aurora Black Truck Tours, your experience is our priority. If we take you on a tour and cannot capture a digital photo of you beneath the Aurora, you may choose to join another tour night or receive a 50% refund of your tour price. We are committed to your satisfaction and making sure your Northern Lights experience lives up to the magic of Alaska's night sky.
Reschedule Policy
Once a reservation is placed you can change the date of your tour as long as we have availability.

Aurora Viewing Policy
We monitor space and earth weather forecast daily. We will be in contact with you before your reservation date, and inform you of the Aurora viewing probability. If viewing conditions are poor then we will discuss your Aurora tour options.
